Web Design Portfolio

There is no reason why a website cannot be completed in a matter of days, despite what many web designers will tell you. Most of the examples in our portfolio took less than a week from initial project meeting to launch.  The low cost of one of our sites  is always a pleasant surprise too. Don’t forget our Adwords offer – a £50 voucher for your advertising when you engage Future Perfect to run your new Adwords campaign! A perfect start to kick off a new website or push more visitors to the site you already use.

Many businesses are frustrated by the time some web designers take to complete a simple project, but that’s never the case with us. In several cases we’ve actually met with a client and gone from registering a domain name at the start to a live site by the end of the day.

Not only that, our sites are based on very accessible standards to ensure you can perform your own updates and keep the site looking fresh. You only need our expertise for major re-designs or to add features and functions!

Whether you need a simple online promotional “brochure” site, a catalogue, a web-based shop, or a presentation of sound and video clips – or all of the above – we can make it happen with no fuss or delay. Get in touch today using our contact form or by email or phone. You can also sometimes chat with us directly using the chat app at bottom left of the page.

Here are some examples of our work:

Impulse Lighting

As a provider of professional theatre and event lighting systems, as well as lighting show design and presentation for some of the UK’s most spectacular live bands, Impulse Lighting simply required a front-end web presence to direct enquiries straight to the office.

A work-in-progress, this site will include an eCommerce integration for re-sale of equipment, and a possible cross-integration of the shop with a new Facebook based shopfront, enabling a single shop to serve Facebook and the main website simultaneously.

Mr Wand

Mr Wand provides children’s magic shows all over the UK, and has an enviable client list. This is out second site for the business, updating from a Flash template site to a more custom look and feel, utilising CMS and links to a newly vreated Facebook page and presence.

Since launching the new site, enquiries have come faster than before, and the Facebook link enables news and even testimonials to be quickly present on both the website and Facebook page.

Phillip Corbin + Associates

Sometimes we are called upon to re-develop a website using new technology but retaining the look and feel. In this case, we took existing copy and imagery, re-working it into a CMS instead of a plain HTML site. It isn’t live yet!

We added a newsfeed and improved the navigation, giving the text areas some transparency to show off the “Bean Counter” imagery to best effect.

Mind Magician

A second generation site to eventually replace www.mind-magician.co.uk which is the original Flash Templated site.

The new look uses all the content and imagery of the old site, but presented in a fresh, more up-to-date, and slightly more menacing manner!

There’s also a lot more “white space” in the new design which helps with readability and gives the site a whole new open feeling.

Genesis Telesales

Genesis Telesales came to Future Perfect as a start-up organisation with no web presence or I.T. infrastructure. We provided everything from CRM software databases to Hosting and Web Design. We also provided copy writing services for the website, and went for a radical custom design with a light-hearted approach.

Effectively, we were given only a logo to inspire some sort of design, and our first design presentation was a hit.

Note the clever speech bubble navigation indicators! Everyone loves them.

UBLOW Limited

An eCommerce site without purchasing… in other words, Catalogue with Enquiry capability.

The brief was to provide an easily updateable site, allowing visitors to compile an enquiry detailing their intended order, to be supplied at a negotiable price. Not easy, but we found a way.

The site has successfully handled thousands of enquiries, and remains very popular with Healthcare professionals.

Gren Tours

Gren Tours came to Future Perfect as London’s No.1 Tour Guide according to TripAdvisor.co.uk. The existing website was looking dated and over-worded, so simplification and a more logical navigation of the content was essential.

By utilising CMS, dividing content into categories and sub-categories automatically, we achieved a more accessible site that has been easier for visitors to navigate.

We are currently adding in an eCommerce facility due to customer demand, and we have also created a Facebook page and automatic links for promotional purposes.

Avalon Music School

Avalon Music School provides instrumental music tuition to people of all ages.

The requirement was for an informative site that would encourage enquiries and help to drive extra customers to the Music School.

We included a chat facility to enable visitors to communicate directly with the school before making a formal application for tuition.

Camden Road Education Arts and Theatre Enterprise

We’re always keen to assist arts and entertainment organisations, especially those providing a really valuable service to their community. C.R.E.A.T.E. links many local activities and promotes them all through its website and Facebook presence.

We were keen to provide an easily manageable website that would post its information directly to the CREATE Facebook page, and would promote events clearly and effectively.

Rock and Roll London

One of three websites for Gren Tours Limited. This site focuses on a tour of London’s sites with Rock and Roll links, old and new.

Simple and direct presentation of information, CMS based to allow easy addition by the site owner of new tours and locations, designed simply to generate new enquiries.

Freedom Now

As a charity organisation providing assistance to British citizens unfairly imprisoned overseas, Freedom Now needed an accessible point of contact on the web to enable victims of injustice to Freedom Now’s help.

A simple site, with a simple message – here’s what we can achieve, so get in touch if you need us.

GoldenLeas

The second generation of the Golden Leas web presence, this site introduced Content Management to enable newletters and events promotion to be linked to a new Facebook page that we created.

There’s also a link to the eCommerce site we created for the associated Caravan and Accessories sales business.

We manage an Adwords campaign to drive new business to both sites, and this has proved a great success.

Steve Farmer’s Drum Farm

Steve Farmer plays Drums with Think Floyd, the UK’s definitive Pink Floyd tribute band and teaches young players to enjoy playing Drums with the right technique .

Steve needed a light-hearted website that would promote learning to play drums at his “Drum Farm”. Steve has had great success building his teaching schedule through website enquiries, and has made many new Facebook friends thanks to the links we built. We also monitor and optimise his Google Adwords campaign to drive visitors to the site.

Avalon Music

Avalon Music required a catalogue for their retail musical instrument store. There was a possibility of extending the site into full eCommerce at a later date, and our design allowed that to happen in the simplest possible way.

By basing the site on a Content Management System we ensured that staff can easily update the site, and within a short time the full catalogue of instruments and descriptions were loaded and visible.

We also provided a live chat facility, and set up a Facebook page enabling special offers to be automatically promoted on Facebook as they are added to the website.

Simon J Pinto

We were asked to produce a CMS template that Simon (being a code wizard himself) could take over to insert his own extra coding and content.

We identified several useful add-ons that could be used, demonstrated their potential, styled the navigation and page layouts, themed the site, and then handed it over. .. all in a few hours.

London Beatle Tour

One of three closely related websites operated by Gren Tours Limited, londonbeatles.co.uk promotes a tour of London that incoporates visits to many sites made famous by “the Fab Four”.

The brief was to provide an easily editable site, with a strong London and Beatles theme, whilst retaining a sense of commonality between the three Gren Tours sites.

Hillside CD Productions

Using one of our successful eCommerce products, Hillside CD Productions sells its catalogue of Italian Film Soundtracks (and Spaghetti Western Soundtracks) all over theworld. The ease of managing the catalogue has enabled expansion to continue regularly, and Hillside CD now even acts as a distributor to other web sellers.

This is one of our earliest eCommerce sites, and is shortly due to be upgraded to the next generation.

Our House History

An example of a Flash Templated site, with some clever imagery.

We seldom produce these sites now; Google does not index Flash sites very well and most people want to run a Google campaign to attract visitors. In this case however, the site was mainly promoted in magazines and newspapers to drive new visitors.

These sites cost very little to produce, and can be very effective as “microsites” to support paper advertising of a specific product or service.

TotallyExpert

A heavy sales focus was the brief for this site. The aim was to produce a website that would market a successful range of self-tuition products within the UK, and provide a UK base for an organisation that suffered from poor communication due to being in a far removed time-zone.

This site pushes the early eCommerce solution almost to its utmost in delivering automated responses and product downloads… many additional functions were coded specially for the site.

Life Of Your Own

A straightforward information website  utilising a public newsfeed and including a blogging facility.

Life of Your Own is a community-based charity which helps people with disabilities and high support needs access self-determined care and support services, letting them live in their own homes in the local community.

Future Perfect provides website services to several charities in different sectors.

Kent Pink Floyd Show

Promoting a Pink Floyd tribute act (now defunct) using a simple, low-cost, Flash template and minimal but direct copy.

A site like this can be produced in a matter of hours. The whole site, being a standalone Flash movie, can also be distributed on a CD or Key Drive as a promotional tool, or even attached to email messages for very effective web marketing!

In this case, Key Drives were merchandised containing the site and some recordings of the band.

The Calm Centre

Whether going through a current legal process or not, people can find themselves to be in need of help with many different kinds of issue. Margaret McCooey operates The Calm Centre as a lifeline to those who are affected by many kinds of life stress.

The website was originally designed for the legal practice of Andrew McCooey, probably the UK’s leading legal advocate and originator of the “Freedom Now!” organisation that assists British citizens unfairly imprisoned overseas.

Keys&Frets

The idea for the site was to provide a web presence for Piano and Guitar tuition services, alongside a short blog with some advice for students on how to achieve better progress.

A very early foray into CMS, this site has driven many new students to enquire about lessons.

A.I.L.T.

The Association of Independent Living Trusts website provides valuable information regarding the widely varying procedures to be followed in different areas of the UK when setting up an Independent Living Trust.

The site is entirely Content Management based, and all pages are automatically compiled from articles submitted by the AILT team in different categories.
